IPL Photon Hair Removal Principle
This product works by heating the hair under the skin and the roots of the hair. Melanin in the hair and at the roots of the hair absorbs light pulses from the product. The darker the hair, the more light it absorbs. This process can stimulate the hair into a dormant period.
During the irradiation, hair will naturally fall off and be inhibited from regenerating. Hair loss may take one or two weeks. A good hair removal effect cannot be achieved in one step, because only the hair in the growth phase will respond to the light hair removal process. During epilation, the hair at the epilation site is usually at different stages of the hair growth cycle. In order to effectively affect all hair, the irradiation process needs to be repeated every two weeks for the first two months.

Preparation Before Hair Removal: Before using this product, if you have used other methods to remove hair before (such as epilation, depilatory cream, beeswax, etc.), you need to wait until the hair grows and recover before using this product. Before using this product, please make sure that the area to be depilated is shaved. Shaving the hair is necessary to ensure that the light energy is directed to the roots in the most efficient way. Remember not to use a depilatory cream before depilation. Clean the Skin: Please keep the skin clean and hairless, completely dry and free of oily substances (such as no cosmetic deodorant, lotion, perfume, suntan, sunscreen, etc.)
1- Connect the adapter to a power supply and plug it into the device’s power socket. The ring indicator will flash slowly in red, indicating standby mode.
2- Long press the power button for 2 seconds until the ring indicator lights up red, signaling that the device is in working mode.
3- Place the lamp head against the skin area to be treated. The ring indicator will turn green, and the device will automatically begin the depilation process. No additional buttons need to be pressed.
4- For the skin test, use the device on a small area of skin. Adjust the energy level using the energy adjustment button, cycling through levels 1 to 6. The levels cycle as follows: 1–2–3–4–5–6–5–4–3–2–1. Select the highest level that does not cause discomfort.
5- Long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device, then unplug the adapter.
6- Wait 24 hours after the skin test to check for any discomfort. If any occurs, lower the intensity setting for your next treatment, ensuring to cover the entire area being treated.
7- The cooling fan operates at variable speeds. Its airflow and noise may increase with extended use or higher temperatures, which is normal.
* Do not use this depilator on your eyes. It is dangerous!
* When using this product for the first time or after a recent skin whitening treatment, we recommend performing a skin test on the areas to be depilated before proceeding with the full treatment.
* Choose a comfortable and suitable setting, and conduct 3–5 light wave irradiations to check your skin’s response to the treatment.
* After 24 hours, observe whether your skin has any adverse reactions. If there is no redness, swelling, or other adverse reactions, you can proceed with treating larger areas.
* If there is any adverse reaction, reduce the light intensity and test again.
